You may have noticed a new look and feel to http://www.teamlove.us. Well, you're not crazy, because it is new and improved. The goal behind this change was to make things stream-lined, up-to-date, and overall a better experience for users.

"Active" users have been migrated over. You do not need to recreate your user. You should be able to log in just as you would have before. If your user did not get transferred over it was because either it was not active or you had no posts. If you have any problems logging in then you can select the "I forgot my password" link to generate a new one.

If you are a kiSu member or Mentor please let a kiSu Leader know so you can be given the appropriate permissions. Also, be sure to check your signature to see that it is functioning properly. User avatars were not converted to the new site, and will need to be manually setup through the User Control Panel (UCP).

A few of the features of the new site are as follows:

• Re-organized forums. Some forums were removed and others renamed. Also, groups and ranks were simplified.
  
• Updated GWBBCode. Everything should match with the current state of the game. We focused primarily on the PvP skills. If a skill is inconsistent with what you see in-game please let us know.
  
• Better account validation. In the past there was a big problem with bots creating unnecessary post. We've added a "Guild Wars validation question" to the registration process to help prevent that. This also means you will no longer have to periodically enter a numeric code when you login, and new users won't have to PM kiSu administrators to gain access to post.

Are the old threads gone, or just hidden from my view because I am not active in Virtual? I had an afk link that I posted in my sig. I'm just wondering if that was removed in the house cleaning.

It's an entirely new system so the prior posts were not migrated over. There are private forums for Team and Casual Love with a shared forum for Virtual Love that all kiSu players are able to see.

Were you in kiSu previously, and are you inactive or in a different guild now?

I followed Billiard and others from XoO to Kisu around mid last year, I was able to play for a few months but then life got busy and I am currently inactive. Last I checked I was in the Kisu Random Love guild. But I can't log in right now because Anet reset my password so I am waiting to hear from them.

I can confirm this and say noones been on it in a month if thats any reassurance.

I really should have saved my old builds off on to my personal computer.

Yeah. I thought they were in /kisu2 like it was during the transition, and I didn't know if they were still available anymore. Good to know.

It was in fact still /kisu and /kisu2, but a lot of people had the old forums bookmarked. So, to force them to get to the new site we renamed /kisu to /kisuOLD and /kisu2 to /kisu.
